Broomhill Cross has the density of a small town centre dropped into the West End, and Petals is its florist. The business model is entirely local: walk-in trade from the surrounding tenements and terraces, standing orders, and the steady rhythm of local occasions. There is no ambition here to be a destination, and that is not a criticism. A florist that serves half a square mile properly is doing something a citywide delivery brand cannot.
